Dave Klepinger
Dave Klepinger joins Performance Methods after a 20 year career in sales development, sales leadership and sales best practices consulting and training.
Dave has a broad background in sales performance improvement, organizational assessment, measurement, and sales leadership development. Throughout his career, Dave has focused on helping market-leading companies implement strategic account management, opportunity planning/management, territory management, sales process, consultative selling skills and management/coaching skills programs.
Most recently, Dave served as VP of Sales Development for Open Text, Inc. In this capacity, his responsibilities included the leadership and management of their global sales performance improvement team for the Americas, European and the Asian markets.
Prior to this, he was actively involved in sales performance consulting with Siebel Systems in their Multi-Channel Services group (where he was responsible for
National Accounts), OnTarget, where his client experience included work with HP, SAP, BellSouth, Worldcom, Spherion, and Tech Data, among others, and Wilson Learning.
Dave has been recognized throughout his career for his outstanding performance and "client value creation" efforts and brings a wealth of experience to the PMI team.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He resides in Atlanta Georgia, with his wife and two sons. His hobbies include hiking and photography.
