Matt Piekutowski

Since joining PMI in 2001, Matt has helped clients increase revenues, improve cost of sales and build stronger, more leverageable relationships with customers and partners through his work to improve their sales effectiveness, skills, and processes. These projects have targeted sales performance coaching, global account management, consultative selling skills, new business development, partner/channel management, territory management, funnel and forecast management, collaborative business planning, margin acceleration strategies and executive engagement skills. Each of these projects leveraged the expertise he accumulated during his successful sales and marketing career where he gained experience selling to vertical markets, Fortune 500 organizations, the small-to-medium (SMB) market space and channel partners.

Prior to joining PMI, Matt held executive positions at T/R Systems, a leading global provider of software and hardware solutions for document workflow and production.
In these positions, he was responsible for strategic partnering, business development, integrated marketing, strategic positioning and branding, channel marketing, product definition and launch, pricing and competitive analysis. His work contributed to an 80% compounded revenue growth rate and helped support the company's successful initial public offering. He also held positions with Firstwave Technologies (formerly Brock International), an early leader in the customer relationship management (CRM) software market and Darby Printing Company, a publishing and printing company focused on the legal market. In his various roles, Matt has traveled around the world working with clients, customers, and channel partners. He was consistently recognized for his outstanding and consistent performance.

Matt received his B.A. in Business Administration from Furman University where he was a 4-year letterman and starter for the baseball team. He now resides in Smyrna, GA with his family and when not helping clients, he volunteers with local youth sports programs.
