Mitzi Wenger
Mitzi Wenger has a successful 28-year career in Consulting, Sales, Sales Management, and Marketing, primarily in the high-tech industry, having worked directly for Fortune 500 companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation, Pioneer Standard Systems, and NCR Corporation in both direct-selling and partner-management roles. She has held positions such as Major Account Manager, Sales Manager, Regional General Manager, and Director of Marketing, Americas.
For 15 years Mitzi has focused on individual development and organizational sales performance improvement, working with product and services solutions-oriented
firms that go to market with both direct and channel strategies, such as Hewlett Packard Corporation, Nokia Corporation, Verizon, and Alliance Imaging. Mitzi is
noted for efficiently diagnosing, appraising, and creating solutions to meet specific business outcomes.
Mitzi is valued as an effective catalyst for enabling change and brings years of experience coaching individuals and teams to achieve performance objectives.
As a consultant to major corporations over the past ten years, Mitzi has worked
across business units and with sales, services, marketing, and learning and development in the design and management of events such as field sales conferences and training summits, partner-focused conferences, and customer-oriented technology events for thousands of participants. In addition, Mitzi has worked around the world with account and sales managers in the classroom as a facilitator and coach in programs such as Breakaway Selling, Services Upselling, and Pipeline Management Essentials.
Mitzi has worked in a consulting capacity with corporations in the United States and Japan, and has conducted sales training programs in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe, China, Japan, Malaysia, and South America. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement and is certified in the Harless FEA Performance Improvement Methodology as well as several industry-leading sales skills, strategy, and coaching programs. |
