Russ Bailey

Russ Bailey joined Performance Methods after a successful career in the consumer products industry where he led strategic initiatives to increase productivity, reduce cost and improve operational efficiency through process improvements. This experience has been leveraged at PMI to support clients in the assessment of “global sales best practices” focused on increasing margins through account stratification and targeted sales execution; global and regional account management program design support; and executive conversation frameworks to support more effective executive engagement. These projects have been executed for Fortune 500 clients with a focus on penetration within global, regional and small medium enterprise accounts.

Prior to PMI, Russ spent 30 years with Georgia Pacific (G-P) and affiliated companies. Most recently, he was the Director, Program Initiatives for the Consumer Products Group. In this role, he led cross-functional teams of sales, marketing, manufacturing, finance, and IT representatives to improve processes and increase competitiveness. While at G-P, Russ held other key positions including Director of Integration for a major acquisition, Project Manager for an SAP Implementation, and Assistant Director of Internal Audit.

He holds a BA degree in Mathematics from Bowdoin College and resides in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and two sons.
