Bruce McCalley Prior to joining PMI, Bruce McCalley spent 20 years in marketing, sales and sales management in high technology organizations working in a broad spectrum of management and executive level positions. Through assessment, consulting and training, Bruce identifies, develops and deploys repeatable "best practice" processes for his clients. Using his background in sales and marketing, Bruce has provided customized solutions for organizations in over 20 countries. Bruce's expertise includes such areas as field operations, third-party partner management, account management, recruitment tools, performance analysis, and training. He utilizes a "balanced focus" approach, through which his clients exceed corporate objectives while ensuring that the implementation of best practices are specific to local markets, cultures and organizations. With 12 years in sales and sales management and 8 years in marketing and marketing management, Bruce has held Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Field Operations and Vice President of Sales positions in Datalogix, Tredegar Industries, Sterling Software, Exactium and Industrial and Financial Systems. A consistent 100% Club and President's Club Achiever, Bruce brings experience from a wide range of software applications and industries including ERP, CRM and healthcare-specific applications. Bruce is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Industrial Management. With a background in Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina, he also has a genetics publication in the Journal of Bacteriology for research funded by the American Cancer Society. Bruce resides in Marietta, GA with his wife, son and two daughters.
