Craig Jones Craig brings over 19 years of experience in sales, sales management and sales consulting in the information technology industry. Most recently, he has consulted with technology companies to institutionalize best practices for field operations organizations. Craig has helped several market leading software companies to define and deploy a worldwide field operations process which includes best sales & services processes, field management practices, partner engagement processes, performance metrics, appropriate sales tools, compelling value propositions and rules of engagement for team selling. His experience in the sales and sales of management of business applications enables Craig to bring an in-depth perspective regarding the team-selling of solutions utilizing proven best practices. Craig has been the primary thought leader for PMIs Custom Curriculum Courseware, Opportunity Management Coaching, Field Best Practices Deployment, Executive Level Positioning, Solutions Launch Program and New Hire Development. Prior to sales and sales management consulting, Craig held various sales and sales management positions with Marcam Corporation, an ERP application provider, where he was a consistent Presidents Club achiever. Craigs career began at Management Science America where he held both sales and support positions. Craig helped define the role of Customer Marketing Representative integrating field sales and field services organizations. Craig graduated from the University of Florida
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He,
his wife Angie, and their two daughters reside in Atlanta, GA.
