Matt Piekutowski

Matt Piekutowski has helped clients increase revenues, improve cost of sales and build stronger, more leverageable relationships with customers and partners through his work to improve their sales teams' effectiveness during his tenure with Performance Methods.

He provides clients proven expertise in sales performance coaching, account management, new business development, partner/channel management, territory/pipeline management, and collaborative planning that he accumulated during his successful sales and marketing career than spans 19 years. In addition, Matt has extensive experience selling to vertical markets, large Fortune 500 organizations and the small-to-medium (SMB) market space.

Matt gained much of this expertise in the executive positions he held at T/R Systems, a leading global provider of software and hardware solutions for document workflow. In these positions, he was responsible for strategic partnering, business development, integrated marketing, strategic positioning and branding, channel marketing, product definition and launch, pricing and competitive analysis. His work contributed to an 80% compounded revenue growth rate and helped support the company's successful initial public offering. He was recipient of the President’s Club Award for support in exceeding company revenue and operating income objectives.

Prior to T/R Systems, Matt held positions in the areas of presales consulting, presales consulting management and marketing for Firstwave Technologies (formerly Brock International), an early leader in the customer relationship management (CRM) software market. During his tenure at Firstwave, he built expertise with customers of various sizes and across many industry segments through his in-depth assessments as part of the sales team. Matt was consistently recognized for his outstanding and consistent performance.

Matt received his B.A. in Business Administration from Furman University where he was a 4-year letterman and starter for the baseball team. When not helping clients, Matt volunteers with local youth sports programs in the Atlanta metro area to help children learn the core values that will help them later in their lives.
