Pat Healy

Pat is a Senior Consultant at PMI. Pat is also an Advisor and Board Member for several technology companies to support their efforts to compete, grow and prosper in today's highly competitive global economy.

Over his 30 year career Pat has been recognized as the #1 seller in every organization he has been a part of, and is nationally recognized for his thought leadership in the arena of Sales Effectiveness. Most recently at S1 Corporation, Pat advanced the S1 sales methodology by designing, building and implementing a consultative selling approach to the entire enterprise to include: sellers, managers and executives. This effort resulted in increased revenue and process improvement which enhanced the accuracy and consistency of all sales forecasting.

Prior to S1, Pat was a Sales Director & Sales Trainer for Cardiac Science Inc. At Cardiac Science Pat led both direct and in-direct channel partners. At Cardiac Science Pat was responsible for again building and implementing a sales process and consultative training methodology resulting in the reduction of the average length of sales cycle along with a 100% increase in average order size.

Prior to Cardiac Science Pat was a Senior Consultant at Sales Performance International. During Pat's tenure at SPI he worked with global leaders in the IT, Financial Services, Medical and Professional Services industries, and his work for these organizations was high-impact and transformational. Pat has worked extensively with marketing organizations to equip and enable them in how to best deliver sales tools and methods that align marketing with sales.

Earlier in his career Pat has sold and managed for Medical Device companies like Johnson & Johnson and Boston Scientific plus a number of start-ups. Pat has been recognized consistently for outstanding sales performance. For example, at Boston Scientific Corporation, Pat received the coveted Founders Award, which represents the largest sales increase for a two-year period an increase of over 2 million dollars above quota.

Pat is a visiting professor at the Darla Moore Graduate School of Business at USC and the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
