Stephanie C. Moder Stephanie Moder joined PMI following a successful career spanning over 25 years in sales, marketing, business development and education. Most recently, she delivered customized sales training for the information technology industry. Stephanie's background enables her to relate best practices strategies at all levels of selling. While at IBM, Stephanie engaged in consultative selling for prospecting, closing new business and strategic planning for new business development. She was recognized as a sales leader and distinguished herself as the "Top Sales Rep" for her branch, exceeding quota yearly in territory sales. She also earned "Golden Circle" status recognizing the top 1% of all IBM sales representatives. As an IBM sales trainer, Stephanie pioneered a unique consultative selling methodology where she conducted business development sessions in manufacturing, process, distribution and retail industries. She utilized this new methodology to help other sales reps and clients identify new business opportunities for technology use in large corporations. Additionally, Stephanie designed, facilitated and evaluated employees on innovative consultative selling methods. In addition to her service at IBM, Stephanie has served as Sales Manager of a woman's specialty retailer and led a team of 200 independent contractors, increasing sales by 42%, established a contractor return rate of 80% and helped facilitate training sessions. Stephanie utilizes her professional and personal experiences to enable clients to maximize their learning. She has completed two levels of graduate training in brain exercises for enhanced learning and provides a unique perspective on disability sensitivity due to personal experience with her family. Stephanie holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College where
she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Stephanie resides in Atlanta, GA with
her husband and daughter. .
