Scott Presse

Scott W. Presse is a Senior Consultant with Performance Methods, Inc. and has worked with senior sales and marketing leaders for over 18 years. Scott has developed significant experience serving high-tech companies in the software, IT services, medical technology, hardware, and manufacturing industries. These projects have been enterprise-wide and global in their implementation scale, providing Scott with extensive cross-cultural involvement throughout EMEA, North America, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.

He has worked closely with top sales reps and leaders in both direct and indirect channels across more than seventy-five companies to identify the practices and tools that have led to their success. This cross-industry exposure, plus Scott's own sales experience provides him with a high level of credibility to work with seasoned sales people in designing new sales strategy, sales messaging, sales process, and planning tools.

Scott has had close involvement with hundreds of top sales leaders as they work with their teams to improve forecast, manage pipeline, expand accounts, and establish channel/partner alliances. During engagements, Scott becomes a mentor to sales managers and their teams to build skills and create action plans on live deals, account plans, and day-to-day field selling challenges.

Scott holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Wheaton Graduate School. A Canadian, he leads an international team on the home front as he is married to an American and is the father of a Chinese daughter and a Vietnamese son. Scott and his family make their home in Toronto, Canada.
